We enable the professional to own their financial services business and receive the compensation they deserve. Unlike insurance company broker dealers, there are no proprietary products to sell. We do not have a sales culture that requires you to meet quotas. You are allowed to put your clients into the products you know suit their needs. Independence to make decisions that will grow your business and increased compensation are standards for our representatives.

Another facet of our strategy is to encourage and support your insurance business. As a member of The Professional Alliance, you can earn street level commission by using one of our Master General Agents. And when you place your fixed insurance business with one of our MGAs, you will receive production credit in the amount of your commission! This means that you can earn a higher payout on your securities business. For example, if you receive $5,000 in fixed insurance commissions from business you placed through one of our MGAs, that amount will be added to your securities production to determine your payout! Of course, you are free to utilize any insurance agency or MGA of your choice.

At The Professional Alliance, we do not infiltrate your practice and jeopardize the relationships you have worked so hard to create. Instead, we function as your back office support team. At all times, you are the CEO of your practice and the ultimate decision maker. We will provide you with the benefit of our experience that comes from having worked with insurance professionals throughout the United States. We will guide you as you navigate the waters of financial services. We can provide you with customized marketing programs and practice management techniques. Together, we can build the financial services practice you want to own. And when it comes time for you to step away, you can sell your financial services practice and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

The Professional Alliance also offers online courses for CFP® Continuing Education, as well as insurance license CE credit. If you would like to obtain an additional license, we can provide you with online securities exam prep as well as courses to help you prepare for an insurance licensing exam.
